Bixby BBQ & Blues May 10, 2008

We had a great time at our 2nd comp. last weekend. We placed 15th out of 77 teams, not too bad imo. Our brisket placed the highest of the 4 meats, 16th. Ribs were next at 23 and pork and chicken both placed 31. Considering the competitors that was present, I am more than pleased. I cannot wait until our next one. I am going to post several of the to dos and not to dos over the next few days, as well as a timeline so new BBQ teams can see what a the typical schedule is like for competition day.
